Avocado - each

Organic avocados are a bit of a wonder food, full of vitamins and essential fatty acids. Use on toast with olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt. Toss through a salad, or serve with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Avocados can also be used in a healthy smoothie or why not start your day by adding along side your poached eggs for breakfast and keep yourself satisied until lunch time.
